All UK orders will be sent with our preferred carrier, DHL. They should provide you with a 10-digit waybill number via email once your order has been placed, which you can use to track your delivery here.
If your order has not arrived within the specified timeframe, please contact us directly. Our customer service team will need your order number and delivery address postcode. They will then be able to check on the whereabouts of your parcel for you.
