All UK orders will be sent with our preferred carrier, DPD. They should provide you with a tracking number via email once your order has been collected form our warehouse. You should also be able to access your tracking information automatically by downloading DPD's app.

Please double-check your selected delivery timeframe, more detailed information about our delivery timeframes can be seen here.

Please note that "working days" do not include weekends or bank holidays.

If you have calculated your delivery window using the above information and the order has not arrived in time, please get in touch.

Our customer service team will need your order number and delivery address postcode. They will then be able to check on the whereabouts of your parcel for you.
