How to Add Personalisation

A step by step guide

*Adding personalisation to your order will add 3-5 working days on top of your selected delivery timeframe as all products are hand stamped in-house*

We are so happy to offer personalisation on a selection of our products. Please note, not all products are available for personalisation due to restrictions with the machines we use. To see whether you can add personalisation to an item look out for the "Personalisable" tag or "Personalise" button on the product page:

When you choose to personalise a product, you will be taken to the below page, please make sure to select "Monogram" in order to proceed to the next step:

From here, you will be able to enter up to three characters or one symbol, choose a font and your preferred finish. Our system will then show you a preview of how this should look, please see an example below:

Once you are happy with your choice select “Confirm":

Once you have saved your personalisation you should see that the total price has updated to now include the cost of personalisation:

You will then need to click “Add To Bag” and it will be added to your basket. Once you click on your basket ready to checkout, you should be able to double check your choice to make sure it is correct:

Once you have confirmed that your selection is correct, you can proceed to checkout as normal.
