How do I track or make changes to my delivery?

Soon after placing your order you will be sent an email or a text from DPD. On this email there will be a link to track your order. Here you can also make changes to your order such as:

  • Leave in a safe place 

  • Change the delivery date

  • Change the delivery address

If you have not yet received an email with tracking, we would recommend downloading the DPD app, as your tracking will usually automatically link to your account once your order has been processed.
